Authentic Thai Street Food Style!

In Thai it’s called khao neow mamuang (ข้าวเหนียวมะม่วง), khao neow (ข้าวเหนียว) means glutinous sticky rice, while mamuang (มะม่วง) means mango in Thai.

To prepare Thai mango sticky rice, the sticky rice is steamed then mixed with thick coconut cream boiled with some sugar, poured over slices of perfectly ripe yellow sweet mango.

Finally serve with some extra coconut cream on the top to make it even better, and some crispy yellow mung beans sprinkled on top.
